Personally, the benefit I have obtained from involvement in the programme can not only be measured in financial terms through higher paying and more rewarding positions but also in intangible areas with enhanced personal relationships with loved ones, friends and business associates. I believe the programme enabled me to achieve far greater results through the use of the relationship building techniques shown to me than I could have ever hoped to achieve with the traditional methods and management techniques I had been using in the past.

I first became involved in the programme just over two years ago and since then I have had two promotions and tripled my salary. I would not have achieved such success without finally realizing, as a result of the programme, that I needed to shift my focus from one of purely achieving tangible results to one of placing greater emphasis on developing relationships with people within business. I always knew where I wanted to go but the Dale Carnegie programme was the “road map” that I could use to get there.
